Located in the heart of Destin, FL this gorgeous beach condo is a 3 bedroom/2 bath unit on the 8th floor of the Terrace at Pelican Beach. It has 1 king bed in the master bedroom, 1 queen bed in the second bedroom, and 2 twin beds in the third bedroom as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room and will sleep up to 8 guests total. The unit has brand new flat screen TVs with Blue Ray players, new bedding and new furniture. Relax on the condominium's private balcony and enjoy the balmy Gulf breezes and beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding tropical landscape … scenic vistas of the Gulf of Mexico, vibrant sunsets over the picturesque Destin harbor and the dancing colored fountains in the private lake that The Terrace overlooks.
